Returning an Order: Before returning any article, please contact us. You may return an item, in its original undamaged condition, for a refund within 15 days of receiving it. In order that we may better serve you and other customers, please tell us the specific reason for your dissatisfaction. (If you have received a damaged or defective item please read the section below.) All returned merchandise must be in "like new" condition. The item(s) should be returned in the same packaging material in which it was received to protect it from damage. We suggest using UPS, FEDEX or insured Parcel Post for your protection. After a return has been received, it processed within a week. If you used a credit card, the refund will be credited to your account. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you by mail.
If the item was damaged in shipping, please notify us and the shipper immediately. Save all of the original packing materials, as they will be required to collect for damages. The shipper will generally pick up the item and the damaged shipping materials within a few days. If your item, was shipped by USPS, please take it and the damaged shipping materials to your post office.
